A migraine is a kind of worst pain ever. They make us to stay on the bed for a whole day or being disturbed all the time until pain going to end through some medications, injections or by sleeping.
Many People suffering migraine with vomiting, Photosensitivity, upset stomach, eyeside weakness.

In my case of a migraine, I face eyeside weakness & upset stomach from last 4 to 5 Months. But Taking Medicines gives me temporary relief. It's so exhausting to take the bulk of medicines twice a day and feeling too sleepy.
So, I started searching home remedies for controlling migraine pain naturally because I'm fed up of all medicines it makes my stomach bloating & burning.
I have found Many Natural remedies for a migraine that I mention below, hope it works for everyone.
1:Peppermint oil
When you feel migraine pain just trigger, immediately Apply Peppermint oil on your temples, massage gently and lay down in a dark room.
You can also apply a little bit of oil on pillowcase before sleep to get a relaxing night sleep.

2:Traditional Ginger Tea
Ginger is excellent for digestion system but Ginger tea is so helpful for headaches. During Autumn or winter seasons I use too to take ginger tea for relaxing and getting ride of from migraine.
You can also make a stronger Ginger Tea at once and take it 2 or 3 time in a whole day. Now you can get Ginger powder form markets and pour it in to a hot water.
Its a Long term cure of Migraine.

3:Any cinnamon balm
Its work like magic remedy for migraine, just apply any balm of Cinnamon Flavor Around Neck, near Eye area or on temples and lay down for 20 minutes and feel relax.

4:Exercise, Walk Diet
Always Make sure you make Exercise & Walk as important part of your daily routine as it reduces stress level and eliminate chances of migraine to be trigger.
Analyze your food intake, your diet portion because every one suffer from different type of migraine and their migraine trigger with some different food.
So, you can easily found which food is not better for you and you should quite to eat it.

5:Tasty Treat Ice Cream:
Its my Personal Trick, whenever my migraine trigger I just take out icecream from my icecream stock, I always make sure that my fridge is full of icecream buckets all the time.
Ice cream relax the nerves and you feel migraine slow down and gradually eliminated.

Tip :
Avoid Too much Chocolates & Coffee, Tea because these food items will trigger your migraine.
